The 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix come with sedan and coupe models, with several different front-wheel drive models offered – 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix SE Sedan, GT Sedan, GT Coupe, GTP Sedan, and GTP Coupe. There are three special packages additional on this Pontiac Prix- Special 40th Anniversary Package, Wide Track Smart Package, and Premium Lighting Package.
For the 2002 Pontiac Prix, GT models boast more standard equipment including a six-way power driver’s seat, steering-wheel audio controls, a cargo net, and a security system. Also for 2002, SE models offer more value, with cruise control and a remote trunk release.
The 2002 Grand Prix SE Sedan packs a 3.1-litre six-cylinder engine that produces 175 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque, with 4-speed automatic transmission. The 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GT Sedan and Coupe check in with a 3.8-litre 6-cylinder engine that charges things up with 200 horsepower and 230 lb-ft of torque. And the Grand Prix GTP Sedan and Coupe boast a 3.8-litre Supercharged V6 to register with 240 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque.

The 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix’s models include the SE Sedan, GT Sedan, GT Coupe, GTP Sedan and GTP Coupe. The changes in this Pontiac Prix include a redesigned front-end appearance for the SE model, and the availability of OnStar in-car GPS communications and security system for GT and GTP versions. Also new is the “WideTrack Smart Package” for the SE sedan, special aluminum wheels, unique seat fabrics, and other interior convenience items.
All models have a V6 engine: the SE a 3.1 liter, GTs a 3.8, GTPs a supercharged 3.8. Automatic transmission, antilock 4-wheel discs, traction control, and tire inflation monitor are standard.
The Grand Prix’s wide track of 61.7 inches is the platform for the overall shape, which is impossible to fault. This Pontiac Prix sculptured wide hood flows down toward Pontiac’s trademark split grille, reflector optic headlamps form sharp clear eyes, smooth fender flares bulge just the right amount, and big muscular hips make it look ready to pounce.

The 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix is the biggest news from the GM division’s for the new model year. This Pontiac Prix is totally redesigned. It adopts a muscular, aggressive look in both coupe and sedan versions.
This Pontiac Prix come with a base SE, GT, or GTP package sedan and a GT and GTP coupe. While the SE sedan retains the previous 3.1-liter, 160-hp V6 and is reserved more for fleet use, the GT sedan and coupe gets a whole new 3800 engine. The 3.8-liter V6 hits 195-hp on its own, but with the GTP supercharged package, that gets boosted to 240-hp.
The 1997 Grand Prix is the first use of a new platform that will also be available as a Buick and Oldsmobile. Unlike old GM, though, each of the three cars will bear a distinctive look. This Pontiac Prix is the hellion of the bunch, a racy, sexy looking car, and one of the few that may actually work better as a 4-door than a coupe.
